Cleaners must wear masks.
When cleaning, open windows for at least 3 hours and clean with ventilation.
Disinfect switches, handrails, door handles, remote controls and faucet handles more intensely.
With the fan always on.
Linens such as towels and sheets have been sterilized at high temperature by a cleaner.
Alcohol gel and non-contact thermometer installed at entrance.
Hand wash with soap before and after cleaning.
Wear disposable gloves while cleaning.
Use paper towels, antiseptic non-woven fabrics, and other disposable cleaning products.
Empty the inside of the vacuum cleaner at the end of cleaning.

Q: How do I check in?
A: We have a self check-in system, so guests must check-in on your own. We will send you the detailed information including the passcode required for check-in by e-mail at least 2 weeks prior to your stay.
Q: Do you have cooking utensils and seasonings?
A: Yes, we do. We have cooking utensils such as pots, pans, cutting boards, and knives for most of your cooking needs. We also have rice cooker, hot plate, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
Seasonings are sugar, salt, salt and pepper, and cooking oil are available.
Q: Do I need to prepare charcoal or firewood for BBQ on the terrace?
A: No preparation is required to use a gas fire on the BBQ stove. We provide two gas bottles, but if additional gas is needed, please make your own.
Q: What toiletries do you have?
A: We provide bath towels, toothbrushes and disposable slippers.

A: Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.
If you wish to smoke, please do so outside on the terrace or other areas.

Q: Can I stay with my pet?
A: I'm sorry. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
